The Pioneer Chronicle is my favourite marketing game in the world of watches. I presented it last year here: The Pioneer Chronicles – watchmaking made humorous. Since the discovery, this is an excellent source of horological fun. Plus a source of interesting facts. For example, the smooth presentation of the Moser’s Perpetual Calendar. By all means, the Moser Perpetual Calendar is not a novelty. But a smart re-introduction brings it back in the public’s attention. At least I was urged to go to the Moser Website to revisit their Perpetual Calendar watches. Especially since there are several variations: the Endeavour, the Pioneer and the Heritage collection version.
