With a new concept of high-end customisation, Glashütte Original offers the possibility to personalise its timepieces with sparkling precious stones. From now on, models of the current collection with a precious metal case can be custom-made by setting them creatively with diamonds or other precious stones. After a successful introduction in China, the brand will now start a global roll-out to customers worldwide.
To fulfil a frequent customer request, the Saxon manufactory recently unveiled several stunning timepieces in China to show the different possibilities to personalise a Glashütte Original watch.
The models presented in China show but a fraction of the various ways to create a truly unique timepiece. Depending on technical feasibility, the only limits are those of one’s imagination. Prices are therefore available on request only.
With its asymmetric design, a sparkling PanoLunar Tourbillon in red gold catches the observer’s eye with its filigree Flying Tourbillon, its sophisticated moon phase display and typical Panorama Date.
The hand-crafted dial is framed by a bezel set with baguette-cut diamonds.
Another highlight is a Senator Tourbillon in white gold with brilliant and baguette-cut diamonds featuring two unique complications: the typical Panorama Date and the Flying Tourbillon.
The dial boasts a lavish full-pavé setting, the lugs are covered with brilliant-cut diamonds, while baguette-cut diamonds serve as indexes and adorn the bezel.
Created for world travellers, the Senator Cosmopolite keeps track of all 35 time zones currently in use.
This striking timepiece is an example of limitless creativity, with its brilliant-cut diamonds on the lugs and baguette-cut sapphires in all colours of the world on the bezel.
Other examples of tasteful and unique personalization are the innovative Senator Chronometer Tourbillon and the Senator Excellence Perpetual Calendar.
It is possible to further personalise a Glashütte Original timepiece with small engravings on the case back and by combining it with straps of different materials and colours. Requests for a bespoke watch can be made at any Glashütte Original Boutique or authorised retailer. As all models are custom-made and thus unique, prices are available only upon request.
