A unique and unusual watch from the Manufacture Royale ADN Spirit collection has just left our workshops. This new piece, named “Sequential Business” has the particularity of a countdown activated by a retrograde counter positioned at 12 o’clock.
This new unique piece in the Manufacture Royale ADN Spirit collection features an oversized retrograde minute counter. In an era where everyone’s diaries are increasingly busy, time management can be complicated. This retrograde minute counter will help you manage your appointments or your next video conference thanks to a countdown display that can be adjusted by pulling the first notch on the crown. The design of this minute counter has been developed to allow you to see at a glance how much time you have left with a red painted area that displays the last 15 minutes.
The hours and minutes are shown on a subsidiary counter off-centre at 5 o’clock.
In the quest for an ideal of precision, this complication is accompanied by a flying tourbillon at 7 o’clock. This rotating cage, a true trademark of Manufacture Royale, is found on the majority of the watches developed by la Maison.
The ADN case has a diameter of 46mm and is distinguished by tubular stretchers enclosing a round case middle. Screws hold the bezel in place and emphasize the technical character of the case. This three-dimensional construction is enhanced by the use of DLC steel and forged carbon. To ensure maximum comfort on the wrist, the mobile lugs are set at an angle of 23°.
The hands match the dial and are painted red, and a red shark strap underlines the sporty touch. This transparent dial allows the wearer to get to the heart of the movement and gives off a depth and lightness that lets them admire the magnificent work of the watchmakers on this caliber.
Novelty 2022, this new model incorporates the Manufacture Royale MR09 caliber, a hand-wound mechanical flying tourbillon movement.
