Bell & Ross, a brand synonymous with professional aviation-inspired timepieces, has unveiled two significant collections at Watches & Wonders 2025: the BR-05 36mm and the BR-03 Skeleton. These novelties showcase the brand’s commitment to innovation, precision, and design evolution.

BR-05 36mm: A Refined Urban Timepiece
The BR-05 36mm represents a new chapter in Bell & Ross’s urban watch collection. By introducing a smaller 36mm case, this model aims to cater to both men and women, blending sport-chic aesthetics with everyday versatility. This reinterpretation of the BR-05 line maintains its iconic “round within a square” design while offering a more compact and inclusive dimension.

The dial of the BR-05 36mm is characterized by its legibility and refined aesthetics. Available in four variations—black, gray, ice blue, and mother-of-pearl—it features a lacquered sunray finish that enhances its visual depth. The applied numerals and indexes are filled with white Super-LumiNova® for optimal readability in low light. The skeletonized hour and minute hands, polished and rhodium-plated, further emphasize clarity and elegance.

Powering the BR-05 36mm is the automatic Calibre BR-CAL.329. This self-winding movement offers a robust 54-hour power reserve while maintaining a slim profile. Designed for reliability and precision, it aligns with Bell & Ross‘ philosophy of creating functional yet sophisticated timepieces.

The 36mm case is crafted from satin-finished and polished steel, offering a harmonious interplay of textures. Measuring 8.5mm in thickness, it features a screw-down crown with a protective guard and a solid case back for durability. The integrated steel bracelet mirrors the case’s finish, ensuring comfort and adaptability to various wrist sizes.

BR-03 Skeleton: A Trilogy of Modern Skeletonization
The BR-03 Skeleton collection introduces three distinct interpretations of skeletonization: Black Ceramic, Grey Steel, and Lum Ceramic. These models highlight Bell & Ross’s expertise in open-worked designs while incorporating luminescent elements for enhanced functionality and visual appeal.

Each version of the BR-03 Skeleton features an open-worked dial that reveals the intricate mechanics of the movement beneath. The Black Ceramic model emphasizes transparency with smoked sapphire crystal, while the Grey Steel variant showcases metallic brilliance through faceted rhodium-plated details. The Lum Ceramic takes luminescence to new heights with Super-LumiNova® C3 accents that glow vividly in darkness.
At the heart of all three models lies the newly developed Calibre BR-CAL.328. This automatic movement boasts a 54-hour power reserve and features an X-shaped architecture formed by its upper bridges—a hallmark of modernist watchmaking design. The skeletonized construction not only enhances aesthetic appeal but also underscores technical sophistication.

Black Ceramic: A micro-blasted black ceramic case (41mm) provides durability and a sleek matte finish.

Grey Steel: The satin-finished stainless steel case (41mm) exudes a contemporary jewel-like quality.

Lum Ceramic: Featuring micro-blasted black ceramic (41mm), this version integrates luminescent materials into its design for an avant-garde appearance.
All models are water-resistant to 100 meters and come with interchangeable straps—black rubber or black Velcro—for versatility.

Redefining urban elegance

The BR-05 36mm redefines urban elegance with its compact size and refined aesthetics, appealing to a broader audience.
