H. Moser & Cie. has never been a brand to play it safe, and the timing of the Streamliner Alpine Drivers & Mechanics Pink Edition could not be more deliberate. Released today, on 2nd March 2026 to coincide with the start of the Formula 1 season, this duo celebrates BWT Alpine Formula One Team’s 2026 livery in the most characteristically Moser way possible: with two entirely different watches sharing one unapologetic colour. I have been following this Alpine collaboration since its inception, and I will say plainly, this latest chapter is the most confident yet.

Pink Dial
The Drivers Pink Edition wears a fully skeletonised dial, or rather, the absence of one. Strip away the dial plate entirely and the HMC 700 calibre becomes the visual centrepiece. Pink hour and minute hands filled with Globolight® luminescent material cut across the open architecture, paired with a contrasting blue chronograph hand at the centre. Pink indices mark the hours at the periphery, and a tachymeter on the flange adds motorsport credentials without crowding the composition. No subdials are present; elapsed seconds and minutes both display centrally, keeping legibility clean and direct.

The Mechanics Pink Edition takes a fundamentally different route. Its sapphire dial houses a digital display at 6 o’clock, complemented by a small grey fumé sub-dial at 12 o’clock with pink indices and the H. Moser & Cie. logo in transparent lacquer, their trademark secret signature. Luminescent ceramic indices and lume-filled hands ensure practical readability in the pit lane, which is precisely the environment H. Moser & Cie. designed this watch for.

The Movement
The Drivers Pink Edition runs on the HMC 700 calibre, developed in collaboration with Agenhor, a movement specialist within the same MELB Holding group as Moser. This fully skeletonised self-winding flyback chronograph measures 34.4 mm in diameter and 7.3 mm in height, beating at 21,600 vibrations per hour. Agenhor placed the skeletonised tungsten oscillating weight on the dial side rather than at the caseback, keeping the rear view entirely architectural. Two barrels deliver a minimum 72-hour power reserve. The column wheel governs chronograph actuation through a two-stage mechanism, and a horizontal clutch with a friction wheel fitted with micro-teeth prevents the jarring effect that can occur on engagement, whilst a tulip yoke triggers and releases the flyback function with precision. In total, 434 components and 55 jewels fill this calibre, with anthracite grey rhodium-plated bridges finished in Moser’s signature 45-degree stripes.

The Mechanics Pink Edition operates on an entirely different philosophy. Its Calibre DI0, developed with Sequent, measures 32.50 × 33.90 mm at 6.90 mm thick and oscillates at 32,768 vibrations per second, the frequency of a quartz crystal, with an accuracy of ±0.3 seconds per day. The power reserve reaches 9,000 hours in time-only mode, or the equivalent of six one-hour Grands Prix with the digital display running continuously. Bluetooth Low Energy 5.3 connects to iOS and Android, enabling GMT with country selector, a 1/100th-second chronograph, a perpetual calendar, and a race mode that delivers team alerts, countdowns, and upcoming race schedules directly to the wrist.

The Case
Both watches share the Streamliner‘s integrated case architecture with its characteristically rounded proportions. The Drivers Pink Edition measures 42.3 mm in diameter and 14.2 mm in height in steel, topped by a slightly domed sapphire crystal. Chronograph pushers sit at 10 and 2 o’clock, and the screw-in crown at 4 o’clock features an engraved “M” with a pink rubber ring. The sapphire caseback delivers a clear view of the movement, water resistance reaches 12 ATM, and an integrated pink rubber strap with a Moser-engraved steel pin buckle completes the package. The Mechanics Pink Edition, on the other hand, incorporates pink composite material alongside steel, measures 42.6 mm in diameter and 14.4 mm in height, and adds a dedicated SYNC pusher at 9 o’clock for race mode alongside three navigation pushers at 2, 3, and 4 o’clock. The caseback features a sapphire crystal with the Moser emblem.

Final Thoughts
The Drivers and Mechanics Pink Editions are sold exclusively as a set of 50 pairs, priced at CHF 64,000 or EUR 74,500 taxes included. The Mechanics Edition is also available separately for owners of the Streamliner Cylindrical Tourbillon Skeleton Alpine. For a project asking what a 200-year-old Swiss manufacture can genuinely contribute to a modern racing team, H. Moser & Cie. has found an answer that goes well beyond a logo placement. The combination of the HMC 700 and the DI0 is what I find most compelling: one represents haute horlogerie at its most expressive, and the other is arguably the most thoughtfully executed connected watch to emerge from a traditional manufacture to date. And yes, I would wear the pink one. All day, every day.

H. Moser & Cie.
H. Moser & Cie. was created by Heinrich Moser in 1828. Based in Neuhausen am Rheinfall, it currently employs 120 people, has developed 20 in-house calibres to date and produces around 4,000 watches per annum. Through its sister company Precision Engineering AG (PEAG), H. Moser & Cie. manufactures parts such as regulating organs and balance-springs, which are used for its own production as well as to supply its partner companies. Independent company incorporated into Moser Watch Holding in 2012, Precision Engineering AG specialises in watch components for escapements, from their initial design to the production of a quality product ready to be integrated into the watch movement it must regulate. H. Moser & Cie. is honoured to have a Moser family member with the company as Honorary Chairman and President of the Heinrich and Henri Moser Foundation. The aim of the Moser Foundation, created by one of Heinrich Moser’s descendants, is to keep the family history alive and seek out antique pieces for the Moser Museum, located in Charlottenfels Manor, Heinrich Moser’s family home. With its substantial watchmaking expertise and highly acclaimed experience in the sector, MELB Holding holds shares in H. Moser & Cie., Hautlence and Agenhor SA. MELB Holding is an independent family group, based in the heart of the legendary Vallée de Joux.
