Christie’s Announces a Series of Watch Auctions Across Global Hubs this Autumn

Hong Kong, Geneva, Dubai, New York — Christie’s is delighted to announce a series of exclusive watch auctions to be held in Hong Kong, Geneva, Dubai, and New York during the second half of the year. These sales will showcase a curated selection of important and rare watches, affirming Christie’s commitment to offering premier collector pieces to a global audience.
The season kicks off with Christie’s Hong Kong setting a high bar:
Watches Online: The Hong Kong Edit, September 11-24, 2024. Featured: The Collectibles – Part 1, the first selection of treasures from an exquisite single-owner collection, alongside a number of contemporary and vintage timepieces consigned by esteemed collectors in the region
Important Watches – The Collectibles – Part 2, live auction on October 27, 2024, at Christie’s new Asia Pacific headquarters, The Henderson
Rare Watches live auction on November 11, 2024, at the Four Seasons Hotel des Bergues, presenting unique timepieces sourced from around the world
Watches Online: The Geneva Edit, from November 5-19, 2024, an online sale accessible globally, offering a diverse array of fine watches
Dubai
The Dubai Watches Online auction will be held from November 20-28, 2024, with browsing beginning on November 14th. This online event will allow enthusiasts and collectors to bid on exceptional watches from the comfort of their homes.
New York
Christie’s New York will conduct two captivating auctions:
Important Watches – December 9, 2024, at 2 PM, live at Christie’s Rockefeller Centre
Watches Online: The New York Edit – December 4-13, 2024, an online sale that promises to bring forth a rich selection of watches
These auctions are designed to cater to all levels of watch collectors and enthusiasts, from the novice to the seasoned collector. Each sale offering is meticulously curated to ensure a premium selection and the ultimate auction-going experience.
