CLAUDE MEYLAN sources its inspiration from the passing of Time and creates Fenêtres sur Temps « Windows of Time ». Decorated and fitted with two windows and an arrow, the dials present a new sculpture of time.
The perpetual rotation of the dial allows to discover the magic workings and decorations of the hand winding movement. Subtle and secrets of the fully skeleton mechanic are being revealed by the poetry of the passing of time.
Meridian of the windows, the pierced arrow of the dial indicates the hour. In a ballet, the windows follow the arrow and stage the wheels and very fine details of the heart of the piece. A sequence that let us read time with infinite serenity.
