East West® by Tiffany & Co

A Tiffany travel clock from the 1940s serves as an inspiration for this interesting wristwatch. A classic design, but with a touch of difference. It’s a watch that always catches our attention when we (Mrs. and me) visit the Tiffany’s boutique. It’s simple, lovely and has that “je ne sais quoi” that makes you want it on the wrist.

My favourite is not that simple: has a blue guilloché dial with silver poudré numerals and luminescent hands in a stainless steel case. The case is 46.5mm x 27.5mm, it has parts brushed and parts polished in a very elegant combination and has 3 atm water resistance. This watch costs 5.200€.
The movement that powers this beauty is the caliber TCO2558, based on the Sellita SW1000: 40 hours of power reserve, a 4Hz beating heart and 18 jewels. The caliber is visible through a small window: perlage on the main bridges, sunburst and TCO logo on the weight.
All the watches from this 3 hand series are equipped with this caliber.
With the white dial there is a steel case with blued hands – 5.200€ and a rose gold 18k case with gold hands – 13.100€.
The two hands version comes in a 42mm x 25mm case: – this version is equipped with a quartz caliber with a price of 4100€ and 37mm x 22mm case with quartz movement priced at 3.800€.
