Geneva, 17 January 2022 – The 2022 Grand Prix d’Horlogerie de Genève (GPHG) awards ceremony will take place on Thursday 10 November at the Théâtre du Léman in Geneva.
For the 22nd consecutive year, this unmissable event will salute the excellence and creativity of contemporary watchmaking. In the months leading up to this date, the more than 500 members of the GPHG Academy will take part in the various stages, from suggesting models worthy to compete through to pre-selecting the nominated watches and then casting the final vote to establish the prize list, alongside the jury – itself drawn from the Academy.
The 2022 list of GPHG Academy members will be unveiled in March. Watch brands will be invited to submit their entries for this 22nd edition of the GPHG from May 2022.
About the GPHG: Created in 2001 and overseen since 2011 by a Foundation recognised as a public interest organisation, the Grand Prix d’Horlogerie de Genève (GPHG) has been pursuing for 20 years its mission to celebrate and promote the watchmaking art worldwide.
