The Colorado Grand is an annual charity tour taking place early September. 109 of the world’s finest and rarest cars, their drivers and crew meet in Vail Colorado for 1000 miles of driving over four days.
The Franck Muller Vanguard Colorado Grand Collection pays tribute to the many amazing car enthusiasts that will travel together again in harmony with the Colorado Rockies. It is a collection inspired by automotive art and is sure to be appreciated by all who love simplicity and sporting elegance.
Each of the four Franck Muller timepieces represents an emblematic car: pine green for the Bentley; fire red for the Ferrari; “French blue” for the Bugatti; and stunning silver for the Mercedes. Furthermore, these watches feature the famous Vanguard shape in its slim version and a gorgeous movement manufactured in-house.
Attention to details on these beautiful pieces will be appreciated by car aficionados. Inspired by the automotive industry, the “bochonné” decoration is beautifully reproduced in the centre of the watch dial. Also, the seconds counter perfectly mimics an old-fashioned car speedometer with its similar typography, hand design and “assuré circulaire” decoration.
